Clothes Mentor is a secondhand store. Items listed as "gently used" should be expected to have signs of wear. Substantial flaws beyond normal signs of wear will be listed in the description. We do not accept returns unless there was a significant discrepancy in the listing which caused you to receive an item that was incorrect or definitively inaccurate. No returns will be accepted for any item listed "as is".
