Clothes Mentor is a secondhand store. Items listed as "gently used" should be expected to have light signs of wear. Substantial flaws beyond normal signs of wear will be photographed and/or listed in the description. We do not accept returns unless there was a significant discrepancy in the listing which caused you to receive an item that was incorrect or definitively inaccurate. No returns or refunds will be accepted on items marked "AS IS". Please be sure to thoroughly inspect items marked "AS IS" in the product description.
