Clothes Mentor is a secondhand store. Items listed as "gently used" should be expected to have light signs of wear. Substantial flaws beyond normal signs of wear will be photographed and/or listed in the description. We do not accept returns unless there was a significant discrepancy in the listing which caused you to receive an item that was incorrect or definitively inaccurate.
