How To Sell To Us

1. Prep Your Items
Go through your closet and pick out your gently loved pieces that no longer work for you. We buy items that are clean, stylish, and in great condition, so before bringing in your items, give them a little TLC. A quick wash to ensure your items are stain and odor-free can make a big difference!

2. Bring Them In
Fold your items and bring them in a bin, basket, or tote. One of our team members will check you in electronically and give you an estimate so you can shop around or run errands! The buying counter is open Monday - Saturday 10 - 4.

3. Get Paid
Once our buyers have decided what to keep and what to return to you, you will receive a call or text letting you know we have finished. Review our offer and leave with cash or store credit. It's that easy!

When We're Buying
We are open to take buys Monday through Saturday from 10 - 4. Ask one of our teammates to help check you in for a buy and complete the sign in process before you drop your items off!

We love looking through your items but can not always guarantee an offer will be made. To make the buying process smooth and rewarding for everyone, we ask that you adhere to our current style needs as much as possible - see "what we're buying" above! Please also ensure you are bringing stain and odor free clothing that is folded and in a bin, basket, or tote so our team can review your items with ease. We always appreciate the opportunity to look through your items, but if we can't make an offer, don't worry! Your team member will be able to give you some helpful feedback for next time.
